How to request it
- Install a compatible IPTV player on the device you want to use.
- Send the trial request form, or message us on WhatsApp, with your name, your device and the player's name.
- Add the activation details your player shows, such as its MAC address or device key, if you already have them.
- Our team contacts you by your preferred method and activates the trial.
What we ask for, and what we never ask for
We only need what is required to contact you and activate your player. We never ask for passwords or payment card details, and no payment is taken on this website.
How long activation takes
Activation is done by a member of our team, so timing depends on support availability and on your player's requirements. Our team tells you when your trial is active.
When the trial ends
The trial simply stops after 24 hours; nothing is charged. If you want to continue, choose a plan and send a subscription request. Our team confirms the price, the duration and the payment options with you before activation.
